Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just reach out and we'll make it easy for you.

Exchanges

Changed your mind about the size or want a different style? No problem.

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Here's what we need:

•        Item must be unused and unwashed

•        All original tags must still be attached

•        Original packaging must be intact

To request an exchange, simply email us at support@womany.in with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or cancelled.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@womany.in with your order number and we'll do our best to make it right.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we sincerely apologise. This is our mistake and we'll fix it completely at no cost to you.

 

Please email us at support@womany.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

•        Your order number

•        A clear photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

•        Innerwear and lingerie

•        Accessories (unless defective)

•        Items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page

 

These exceptions will always be clearly mentioned on the product page before you purchase.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

 

If you paid via COD and your return is approved, your refund will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account via UPI/NEFT. Our support team will share the details when processing your return.
