“Site” means womany.in. “We/us” means Womany. “You” means the user/customer.
You may browse as a guest. For purchases, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Orders are offers to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or when goods are shipped. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.
We accept payments via authorized payment providers. Payment must be authorized at checkout. We may cancel an order if payment fails. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
We ship via third-party couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided.
Exchange only:
We currently do not offer direct returns through the website. Customers may request an exchange for a different size or product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
Return only via email:
If you would like to request a return (instead of an exchange), you must email us at support@womany.in within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only after approval via email. Defective and wrong items are not accepted
Non-returnable items:
Certain categories may not be eligible for returns/exchanges, such as innerwear, accessories, or items marked Final Sale. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Refund processing:
If a return is approved via email and the product is received back in its original condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–14 business days]. Shipping charges may not be refundable except for defective/wrong items.
Pickup & logistics:
For exchanges/returns, customers must follow the instructions provided by our support team. Pickup timelines may vary by location.
We aim for accurate product descriptions. Slight color/measurement variations may occur. Availability shown may change; we will notify you if an item is unavailable after order placement.
Promotions are subject to terms (expiry, one-use, minimum order value). We reserve the right to cancel incorrect or fraudulent promotions.
All Site content (text, images, logos, designs) is our IP or licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our trademarks without permission.
By submitting reviews/photos, you grant Womany a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and on the Site. Do not post infringing, obscene or unlawful material. We may remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, scraping, fraudulent orders) or to infringe others’ rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womany’s liability for direct losses is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad
We may vary these Terms; material changes will be notified on the Site.
