Shipping policy

At Womany, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be shipped.

1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deliveries across India. Shiprocket may assign couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, DTDC, or others depending on your location and serviceability.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
  • 5–7 business days for major cities
  • 5–10 business days for remote or non-metro locations
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
  • You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping abv 899/-
  • For orders below 899/-, a standard shipping fee of 149/- will apply.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you can track your order using:
  • The tracking link sent via email/SMS
  • Shiprocket updates the tracking information in real time based on courier partner scans.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If unreachable or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
  • We can re-ship the order once the correct details are provided; re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your package is delayed, marked undelivered, or shows no tracking updates for more than 48 hours, please contact us at support@womany.in We will coordinate with the Shiprocket/courier team and resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please: Do not accept the delivery, and Inform us immediately at support@womany.inWe will arrange a replacement or resolution.

8. Change of Address

Address changes can be made only before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed due to courier restrictions.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Womany does not offer international shipping.
